I’m totally not surprised that suppressed anger causes a toxicosis of the brain. I think holding onto anger is one of the worst things people can do, both for their relationships and their own well-being. I love that you guys brought up Eminem. Boy has a lot of anger. I definitely think writing helps me let things out in a healthy way.

I know that keeping your anger to yourself if very toxic if you are suppressing. Eminem is a very good example of someone letting it all hang out! It really seems to work for him. You have to be cautious, though, when venting. You don’t want to hurt others.
