I thought it was awesome that you mentioned ‘Game of Thrones’. That is one of my favorite shows! I know what you are talking about with winter being here. It’s been so cold here lately that the shelters have opened up for the homeless so they can keep warm. I also loved how you talked about making assumptions about people. I’ve been guilty of this one time or another and now I catch myself when I’m doing that. I don’t want to judge someone just on the way that they look because I might be missing out on meeting a great person. Thank you for this episode, it really opened my eyes to some issues that I need to work on.

Some of these things that you talk about, we already know ‘intellectually’ but we don’t really know them on an ’emotional’ level. I think that it’s great when you explain something so well that it hits home on a whole new level and inspires you to take action on the knowledge and apply it in your own life. Thanks for another great episode.

I love Game of Thrones, too, and it’s one of my all time favorite shows. You have a way of using analogies to really drive the point home, and it’s a really amazing way of helping us to understand some of the concepts that you teach.

I’ve been in a few situations in my life where I’ve (mistakenly) judged someone and made assumptions about them that proved to be incorrect. I hope that I have learned from those mistakes, and I keep working on that everyday.

You’re right, people do such strange things (hey, there are whole TV series based on it) but it isn’t always funny, it’s just human.

It is good to hear about your expansion plans, and I take it there has been progress on your reporter recruitment?

There are so many helpful tips in this episode. I am going to work hard at relating to others better in both my work and home life. I have already taken the steps to be more organized and this has helped me tremendously.

There were a lot of great tips in this episode. I think this has been my favorite one so far. I’ve always had a hard time relating to other people because of previous situations that I’ve been in. I guess I always relate back to that time and it makes me untrusting of others. It’s time for me to really take a step back and try to understand why I’m this way and start giving others a chance.
