I wouldn’t describe 2016 as a rough phase, more a screaming nightmare that hopefully will end soon. Trying to find a gleam of light to keep my head up has been very difficult this year. Isn’t it true that when things are at their worst, that is when it is most important to find something to hold on to?

This book that you talk about sounds like a life changer. I’m going to check it out later because I’m always looking for ways to improve myself so that I can have a more happy and productive life. I’ve decided that this is the year that I want to let all of my negativity go so that I can reduce a lot of stress in my life. Thanks for this amazing video.

The Secret sounds like a book I read in the seventies, ‘Illusions’ by Richard Bach. He focused very much on the importance of love in life and learning to believe in yourself to set your goals. Have you read it?

I think we have been going through a rough phase for the last 8 years. It is hard to stay positive when even your country’s government seems to be dragging you down. However, I do feel good about 2017 and I am looking forward to seeing what the new year brings for all of us. I am going to look for this book so I can work on myself and find ways to be happier in my own personal life too.

Yes, that’s true. But some people don’t have to look. Or rather, they just don’t. They have faith that the rough patches will pass. That faith gives them a good attitude and then karma does it’s job.

I have always tried to be as positive as possible in life. Even when bad things unexpectedly happen, I try to consider them learning experiences that I will grow and become stronger from. When you think about it, being negative does not help anyone in any way, the only smart option is to try to get through the rough times with a positive outlook.

A positive attitude is all one really needs to be able to navigate through life and succeed. Things will not always go our way, but if you have the awareness that everything will always turn out alright in the end, then you will be just fine.

My grandma used to say “When life throws you lemons, make lemonade and find someone whose life has thrown vodka at them and have a party!” She really taught me the power of feeling good even when things aren’t going your way. There’s always a positive side to every situation. It’s the law of the universe.
