    I feel silly saying this, but it has never occurred to me that most pain comes from inflammation. It makes sense and now I feel like I am better equipped to handle pain, whether it’s temporary or chronic.

    I had just complained about how I didn’t feel any different after exercising the past few weeks before I saw your video. Nature finds such a good way to remind me of my health. Inflammation happens in such micro level that I’d be happy to do anything to keep myself away from it.


    I’ve consumed turmeric in a random frequency for a while, so with this information I think I’ll do it more regularly. I read before that garlic also has an anti inflammation effect. I use it as much as I can in my daily diet as it’s actually a regular spice and easy to handle.
