    This sounds very much like the Kaizan and BlackBelt management philosophies, with the view that perfection is a process, not a state. If you keep moving towards it, it won’t feel like major changes, but when you look back at the end of the year, you’ll be surprised how far you’ve come.

    I think many businesses started out slow in the beginning. There is usually a time period of getting your feet wet and learning how to get clients interested in your products or services. However, if all business owners watched this video, they would most likely become successful much more quickly. These are awesome tips!

    Following up with customers is such an important detail for a successful business. For example, there is this ceramic store that is two hours from me and I was willing to drive out there to purchase a piece, but they never emailed me back or called me back when I left messages. As a result, I didn’t purchase anything from them and I don’t even want to waste my time to drive out there to see if they have the product. Great video!

    I totally agree, BellaH. To keep customers interested in your products and services, you have to make them feel like their business is important to you. I do not blame you. I would not have drove that distance either if they could not take a minute to email you or call you back.

    I have tried to have my own home businesses in the past, but I always had problems with finding products that local people could afford. They loved the products, but not the cost. I am going to take the advice you’ve shared to heart and find something my customers will like and be able to afford.

    I know just what you mean. I had the same problem as an affiliate marketer, and in the end I decided to go the Digital Marketing route. I think it’s much easier for me, and the range of products is extensive.
